L’apparition de fissures peut être le symptôme de désordres structurels plus importants affectant la stabilité et la pérennité d’un ouvrage. Notre expertise permet d’en déterminer l’origine, d’évaluer leur évolution et d’identifier les risques associés.
Nous intervenons notamment sur les fissures de façade, les mouvements de structure, les affaissements, les désordres liés aux fondations ainsi que les déformations affectant les ouvrages et éléments porteurs.
Humidité & infiltrations
L’humidité est l’une des principales causes de dégradation du bâti. Lorsqu’elle n’est pas correctement identifiée, elle peut entraîner des dommages importants, altérer le confort des occupants et affecter durablement la valeur du bien.
Nos investigations techniques permettent d’identifier avec précision l’origine des désordres : infiltrations d’eau, défauts d’étanchéité, remontées capillaires, phénomènes de condensation ou dysfonctionnements des systèmes de ventilation.
